The rebranding of Web Technology, LLC highlights their long-standing expertise in high-reliability testing equipment, while modernizing the brand for today’s tech-driven market. Founded in 1982, the company is known for innovations like their patented Vapor Detection Technique for automated Gross Leak Testing and advanced solutions such as Centrifuge fixtures for Mil-Spec IC Acceleration Testing. The new brand identity underscores Web Technology’s commitment to precision and innovation, ensuring they remain at the forefront of environmental testing systems for decades to come.

Scope of Work:

WEB Technology, LLC came into this project with no established brand standards, no supporting assets, and only a decades-old wordmark built from a default computer font. The lack of consistency across their existing materials—ranging from mismatched print pieces to entirely disconnected layouts—meant there was no visual foundation to build from. The core challenge was to create a modern, tech-forward identity that aligned with their highly specialized niche while still honoring the credibility they had earned over four decades. This required developing a complete brand system from the ground up, crafted to finally give their innovation the strong visual presence it deserved.

Our approach centered on close collaboration with the owner, who had recently re-acquired the company and brought a clear vision for its future. Research was integrated throughout the process, guided by the owner’s industry insight and our own design expertise. Together, we shaped a modern, tech-forward identity that aligned with both the company’s legacy and its renewed trajectory.

The solution was a fully modernized brand system built from the ground up, giving WEB Technology, LLC a clear and cohesive identity for the first time in its decades-long history. We created a new logo suite, color palette, and typography system, all documented within a comprehensive brand guideline to ensure consistency moving forward. The rebrand extended into a complete website build, providing a contemporary digital presence that better reflects their technical capabilities. Additional print materials, machine labels, and ongoing website maintenance further equipped the company with the tools needed to present a unified, professional brand across every touchpoint.

The new WEB Technology logo draws its core inspiration from the company’s primary product—centrifuge testing equipment for semiconductors. The symbol features a clean, modernized representation of a centrifuge in motion, integrated around a subtle “W” to anchor the mark to the brand’s identity. This flat, minimal approach creates a technical, precise aesthetic while avoiding the overly stuffy feel common in industrial technology branding. Paired with a straightforward wordmark, the logo delivers a contemporary, professional look that reflects the company’s engineering expertise and forward-focused direction.
